Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Ticky ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Ticky is a Discord bot service that provides ticket management functionality for Discord servers. The Service includes:

• Ticket creation and management through Discord
• Web-based dashboard for configuration and management
• Transcript generation and storage
• Multi-language support (English and Arabic)

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
• All activities that occur under their account
• Complying with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Using the Service in a lawful manner and not for any illegal purposes

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) infringe upon the rights of others; (c) transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any damages resulting from Service unavailability.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Ticky and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ticky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms of Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
